七宝製品は金属にガラス質の釉薬を焼き付けて作られています。落としたり、衝撃を与えますとヒビとカケの原因になりますのでお気を付けください。大きく欠けたり、変形してしまった場合は、お問い合せください。状況をみて修理などのご対応をさせていただきます。（場合によっては有料となりますのでご了承ください。）
＜クリーニング＞
七宝部分が汚れた場合は柔らかい布などで拭いてください。シルバー部分は専用のシルバー磨きなどで磨いてください。チェーンの変色は専用の液体につけていただくと比較的きれいになります。（使用状況によって異なります。）
